Step 1 – Initial Home Consultation

Step 2 – Design & Product Options

Internal accessories
Kitchen Sourcing
Step 3 — We can then help source the kitchen and associated products.
Depending on the project, this could involve comparing quotations from different suppliers or sourcing products through our own supplier relationships and trade accounts.
Where available, customers may also benefit from trade pricing or additional supplier discounts.
Our job is to help find the right combination of design, product, quality and budget for the customer.
Final Project Proposal
Step 4 —Once the design and products have been chosen, we put together the overall project.

Ordering & Scheduling
Step 5 — Once everything has been approved, products are ordered and the installation programme is arranged.

The customer has one main point of contact rather than having to manage the kitchen supplier, installer, electrician, plumber and other trades separately.

Step 7 — We complete final checks with the customer and make sure the project has been properly finished to their satisfaction.

Step 1 – Book a Home Consultation
We visit the property and review the proposed kitchen checking things such as:Measurements '

Ventilation
Any potential problems before installation begins
The aim is to identify issues before the kitchen arrives rather than during installations. We also check that the proposed installation can be completed in accordance with relevant regulations and manufacturer requirements.
Detailed installation quote
Step 2 — The customer receives a clear quotation showing what work is required.
This may include:
Kitchen installation
Plumbing
Electrical & Gas work
Plastering
Tiling & Flooring
Building work
Waste removal
& any other required trades.
The customer can then see exactly what is included in the project.
Step 3 — Once the quotation is approved, we agree an installation date and organise the project.
Approve & book
Installation & project management
Step 4 — Hawk manages the installation and coordinates the required trades.
Instead of the customer having to organise several different tradespeople themselves, they have one point of contact throughout the project.
Completion & final checks
Step 5 — Once the installation is complete, we carry out final checks with the customer and resolve any outstanding items before signing the project off.
